Job description:
Involvement in the research project called Involvement of the gasotransmitter hydrogen sulfide in epigenetic regulation of gametogenesis and early embryonic development of mammals. The work will consist of experimental verification of the hypothesis that hydrogen sulfide acts as a signal molecule, essential for oocyte maturation, fertilization and early embryonic development.
Requirements:
- adequate publication activity
- an experience with genome and transcriptome analysis (sequencing, qRT-PCR and/or microarray analysis)
- basic skills with biochemical analysis, i.e. electrophoresis, western blot, immunoprecipitation
- to be post-doc by definition (Post-doc is a researcher within 7 years of receiving the title of Ph.D. or his / her foreign equivalent.) For maternity and parental leave, long-term illness (over 90 days) more than 90 days), pre-testing and military service may be prolonged.)
- to be a researcher from abroad by definition (A researcher from abroad is a researcher who, during the last 3 years for a minimum of 2 years (at the date of the application for support) worked outside the Czech Republic in the field of research at least 0.5, or was a Ph.D. student (or similar) abroad.)
- to demonstrate publishing activities – in the last 3 years, at least 2 publication outputs
The application must be enclosed with:
- Diploma (or its authorization)
- Evidence of professional qualifications and length of practice in the field
- Professional CV with reference to publishing
- Document (s) showing activities outside the Czech Republic for 2 years from the last 3 years and / or Ph.D. (can be proven in a professional biopsy)
