How to modulate cell cycle and its progression through post-translational modifications of crutial proteins? Recently, the creation and role of certain post-translational modifications remain still unclear while the utilization of this knowledge is essential for drug investigation and cure. The future of medicine belongs to post-translational modifications!

Vědci Biomedicínského centra Lékařské fakulty v Plzni se podíleli na objevu s varovným závěrem: běžná komponenta plastů, bisfenol S, velmi vážně narušuje reprodukci savců! Výsledky publikované ve vědeckém časopise Scientific Reports poukazují na negativní účinky bisfenolu S na zrání savčích vajíček. Nad údajnou neškodností bisfenolu S se nyní vznáší otazník.
